Anne Grace turned 5 on Monday so this past weekend we surprised her by taking her to see the Nashville Children's Theater do a production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. She was excited and then we saw her very good friend from school there also! She was thrilled! Afterwards we kept on celebrating by going to what Anne Grace calls the "fancy restaurant" which is Kobe's- the Japanese steakhouse where they cook in front of you. Anne Grace loves this place so she was super excited! We even got to sit in the room where they make you take off your shoes. At the end of the dinner they sang happy birthday to her. It was a big night for our five year old!
Jane slept through the beginning of the meal.
